EtherITSM is one of three products from Ether-X Ltd — a UK software company building privacy-first, sovereign-by-default tools for B2B IT teams. We're sister to XeoNote (knowledge management) and EtherSight (CAASM).
Why build another ITSM?
Because every other option falls into one of two camps: enterprise platforms that price out the mid-market and require a six-month implementation; or help-desk lite that gives up on ITIL practices the moment they get hard.
We're building the thing in between — full ITIL practices, properly integrated, on a per-agent price that doesn't punish growth, hosted in a UK datacentre on equipment we own.
