Terms of service.

The full terms-of-service contract for EtherITSM is being finalised with legal counsel. The headline points already in force on every paid plan:

• Cancel any time with 60 days' notice — no multi-year lock-ins.
• 60-day grace period on missed payment before any service is suspended.
• UK law, English jurisdiction. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
• Data ownership stays with you; we are the processor for tenant data and the controller only for billing and account credentials. The full DPA covers the processor relationship.
• SLA credits on uptime, with the percentage and credit schedule pinned per tier (set out on the pricing page).

This page will be replaced with the full contract text on issuance. Until then, the order form you sign is the binding instrument; nothing on this page modifies it.
